Today was a great day outside. I ran a nice 7 miler was not too fast. I feel kinda tired today. I have been trying to run everyday and my early training over the years I had more recovery days, so this running everyday is hopefully helping me out. I have been told to up the miles and it is good to run everyday, so with that and my speed workouts on Thursdays will help with my time. Jon hows the mileage look fo me? should I be up more? I am starting my longer runs and have had a couple of weeks that have had two longer runs. Whats your thought on this. |
