I started running in 2004. I have completed 20 full marathons and one Ultra marathon trail run and a 25 k trail run. I did the Wasatch Back Relay in 2005 with a Ultra Mixed team and did it in 2006 , 2007 and 2009, 2010 with a 12 person team. Best marathon is Ogden 2010 in 3:19:00 and best Half Marathon is Ogden in 1:30:12. Finished my first Triathlon 5th place age and 14th overall in Layton on July 31st, 2010

Long-Term Running Goals:
just enjoy the running and meeting new people. I am doing my first TRI on July 31st in Layton and want to complete the Ironman in 2011.
