Running Accomplishments:

I started running in 2004.  I have completed 17 full marathons and one Ultra marathon trail run and a 25 k trail run.  I did the Wasatch Back Relay in 2005 with a Ultra Mixed team and did it in 2006 , 2007 and 2009 with a 12 person team.  Best marathon is Ogden 2009 in 3:23:00 and best Half Marathon is Ogden in 1:30:12.

Today I forgot that Fridays I do some speed work so I went out and ran 6.5 miles.  finished in 42:03.  Feel pretty good today still a little tired .  Ran in shorts and a long sleeve tech shirt.  Oh warm weather come on.

Today was a great day outside.  I ran a nice 7 miler was not too fast.  I feel kinda tired today.  I have been trying to run everyday and my early training over the years I had more recovery days, so this running everyday is hopefully helping me out.  I have been told to up the miles and it is good to run everyday, so with that and my speed workouts on Thursdays will help with my time.  Jon hows the mileage look fo me? should I be up more? I am starting my longer runs and have had a couple of weeks that have had two longer runs.  Whats your thought on this.

Today I ran 5 miles around town before I hit the Junior High conditioning for the Track team.  This year I decided to help out with the distant runners.  Should be alot of fun.  Ran a 34:05 today pretty quick today.  I can sure tell my speed work every week has helped my pace.

Today I ran 7.5 miles in 50:03 I feel really good considering I ran a long run Saturday.  Nice day to run in shorts.  Held a pretty fast pace throughout the run today.  Hope everyone has a great week.
