Ok today I decided that I would run outside since the fog lifted a bit. I went out pretty good and finished strong. Ran 5 miles at 34:18 and feel really good with that time. first mile and a half is up hill and the rest is flat. What is weird I feel like I could have ran faster, better save it for the half marathon next weekand. I feel like the speed work that I have been doing on the indoor track has really helped out. |
